3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all content, code, and designs created by Digital Kota Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred as specified in the project contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

Digital Kota Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
